Ways of Working

Join us for an exciting session on one of the industry's hottest topics. Sourabh Kulkarni will explore how Artificial Intelligence and automation are reshaping two critical pillars of technology delivery: software testing and project management.

Drawing from his published research and real-world leadership experience, he will demonstrate how AI-powered tools like machine learning, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation are driving faster releases, deeper test coverage, and more strategic project execution.

Attendees will gain insights into how AI enhances defect detection, automates test script generation, and integrates seamlessly with CI/CD pipelines. On the project management front, Sourabh will showcase how AI transforms planning, risk forecasting, and resource allocation—turning reactive workflows into proactive, data-driven operations.

Whether you're a QA professional, project manager, or tech leader, this session offers a roadmap to harness AI for smarter, more scalable delivery.

We are back at Clark University in Worcester.
