The significance of our human resources in facilitating the successful execution of projects cannot be overstated. Human performance directly influences the success and efficiency of a project. While we get many tools to help us with the technical aspects of a project, how do those tools help us with the human side of Project Management?
Maslow, Herzberg, McGregor, and McClelland (to name a few) have a lot to tell us about leadership which is very helpful. Regardless of which leadership philosophy best meets your style, we still have the technical aspects of Project Management. Join us for a lively conversation as David R.
