Advanced Problem Solving using Lean Six Sigma in Project Management:
Jay Patel will outline the Quality Management and different problem solving approach in Project Management to deliver quality results.
Top notch companies deliver projects, products and services to exceed stakeholder expectations. Companies’ employees have to be competent in solving problems using tools such as lean six sigma to deliver quality products and services. In Agile approach, already lean concepts and methodologies are used.
It is critical for identifying the root causes of inefficiencies and for implementing solutions that lead to substantial improvement. DMAIC is the problem-solving approach that drives Lean Six Sigma. It's a five-phase method—Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control—for improving process/product problems with unknown causes.
Looking forward to see you in the meeting !!
