As the Director of Project Management at BLR, he leads a diverse portfolio of projects, focusing on compliance and training solutions. Additionally, he serves as the Director of IT for the PMI Central Massachusetts chapter. Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, David emphasizes project standardization, communication, and continuous improvement. He holds or has held various certifications, including PMP®, SAFe 4 SPC, CSM, SP, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and is active on LinkedIn.
