Presenter: Aimee McLean is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner offering over 15 years’ experience in project leadership and project delivery, within a cross section of industries deploying both bespoke and COTS packages, with the last several engagements focused on Agile organizational and team coaching.

Aimee is experienced in working with cross-functional teams from varied backgrounds, with a strong belief that communication and creativity are the keys to leadership. She is able to motivate and develop high performing teams, through coaching, mentorship, and visual management. 

With a grounding in PMBOK approaches and methods as a project manager, along with vast exposure to Agile frameworks as a Scrum Master and Coach, Aimee is now focused on developing her role as a change agent on a leadership team.  Her in-depth practice at identifying business value streams, planning for risk mitigation and streamlining team process/progress makes her an asset to operations and/or delivery leadership teams.
