Speaker: 

Mark Hehl is a semi-retired consultant who is following his dreams by giving back as a public speaker and author.

He is a former corporate executive and author of three books. Mark has been involved in various technology transfer and operational excellence efforts in over 40 countries.
Mark holds a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology and a MS Degree in Management and Behavioral Science from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.

He has taught management, behavioral science, and international business courses at Harper College. Mark is a SIX SIGMA Black Belt and Certified LEAN Practitioner.

About the Presentation

Many hard-working project managers are terribly inefficient in their use of available time.

Procrastination, vacillation, idle conversation, indecision, less than optimal planning and allowing too many interruptions all contribute to complaints such as “There is not enough time to get work done”. Few resources are as valuable as time.
