As we close in on three years since the world ‘shut down’, what are we seeing?

  • What have we learned?
  • How have people and organizations adapted?

Join us for a discussion about trends, pitfalls, and options for a path forward, facilitated by Stefanie Heiter, CEO of Bridging Distance, and a long-term speaker at PMI CMASS. Capitalizing on 25 years of virtual, remote, and hybrid experience and research to assist clients in solving their challenges, increasing effectiveness, and maintaining resources this session will explore the latest findings on:

  1. Changes in work Relationships and Leadership in a hybrid teams
  2. Potential causes for variance in productivity and workplace satisfaction
  3. A continuum of characteristics of effective hybrid workplace practices in key areas

Stephanie Helter

Stefanie Heiter, Founder and CEO, Bridging Distance LLC

Stefanie has helped pioneer the field of dispersed teaming and leadership since 1997 and is among the nation's leading thinkers and consultants on the human side of virtual work.  She enhances people's ability to thrive in the digital workplace through improved productivity at the intersection of technology and relationship building.  Stefanie has authored numerous published articles in the area of virtual leadership, teams and communications.

Stefanie has earned a Master of Science in Organization and Management from Antioch University, where her thesis focused on trust and communications in virtual teams, and a Bachelor's degree in psychology from Clark University.

She is a dual citizen of USA and Germany and enjoys traveling, hiking, photography, canoeing and biking.
