Do you struggle with getting the information and input you need to document clear concise business requirements? If yes, then you are not alone and we hope you will join us on October 11th to hear from a business analyst with over 20 years experience!
Denise Davies will present you with the tools to ask the right questions and will review the following;
- The various types of Business Requirements
- Methods for writing requirements (User stories are just one approach)
- Scenarios for you to review/write your own questions and get feedback
You will also get to walk out with a list of questions that Denise uses for writing requirements.

Presenter: Denise Davies
Denise is a Senior Project Management Analyst for the College of the Holy Cross. Prior to joining the College, she worked at Hanover Insurance as a Senior Business Analyst. She has 20 + years of experience in business analysis that also includes, process modeling, user acceptance testing, training development and delivery, report development, and data analysis. She has worked with senior managers to identify areas that needed improving or updating, and found solutions to their issues using existing or new technologies or processes. Denise is a firm believer in using checklists to make sure she does not miss any key requirements in a project.
