• Understand where your style falls down and can become an obstacle to true success. Discover the triggers that keep you from connecting with your team and achieving the metrics your project is measured against.

About Amy Buttiglieri:

Amy Buttiglieri is a Project Management Consultant who specializes in software implementation for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Defense industries. Her list of clients include SAP, Moderna, Boston Scientific, Rolls Royce Naval Marine, Raytheon, and Fresenius Medical Care. She is the founder of A Solid Launch Consulting, dedicated to improving the leadership and communication skills of today’s project managers through individual and small group coaching programs. Amy also publishes “Leadership Notes”, a weekly blog post for Project Managers. She holds an MBA from Boston College, is a certified PMP, and has been a member of the PMI Central Massachusetts Chapter since 2015.
