Please join us as Aimee McLean returns to PMI CMass to present Part II of "OKRs' (Objectives and Key Results).
OKR's Part II will focus on the "Why" (Part I focused on the "How")
Aimee will take a meta view approach to this OKR trend and break it down to understand what an organization is really asking for when they think they need OKRs.
During this presentation, Amiee McLean will explore the origins, examples and some additional materials around the subject.
Speaker Bio's:
Aimee McLean is a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioner offering over 15 years’ experience in project leadership and project delivery, within a cross section of industries deploying both bespoke and COTS packages, with the last several engagements focused on Agile organizational and team coaching.
Aimee is experienced in working with cross-functional teams from varied backgrounds, with a strong belief that communication and creativity are the keys to leadership. She is able to motivate and develop high performing teams, through coaching, mentorship, and visual management.
With a grounding in PMBOK approaches and methods as a project manager, along with vast exposure to Agile frameworks as a Scrum Master and Coach, Aimee is now focused on developing her role as a change agent on a leadership team. Her in-depth practice at identifying business value streams, planning for risk mitigation and streamlining team process/progress makes her an asset to operations and/or delivery leadership teams.
