From selecting a contractor or subcontractors, contract structure and payments to closing out the punch list, we’ll help you to manage the multiple constraints throughout the process. The Presenter Deb Butler is an experienced residential construction project manager. For 25 years, she has helped clients realize their home construction dreams, while balancing multiple constraints. Her perspective is based on a structured trusting partnership between client, architect, contractor, subcontractors and regulatory officials. Deb is a licensed Massachusetts Construction Supervisor, a LEED AP and holds PMP and ACP credentials. Her current position is with Woodmeister Master Builders as Construction Process Coordinator. Deb lives in Lancaster with her husband. She enjoys hiking in the White Mountains, and distance swimming.
