Join PMI CMass as we continue our Agile Project Management exploration!

If you are an experienced project manager, you have undoubtedly heard of Agile, and Agile Project Management.  There is a good chance that someone in your organization may be experimenting with Agile, or proposing agile techniques on an upcoming project.

Have you ever tried to manage an agile project using Scrum, or some other agile framework? Using case studies from the speaker and the audience, we will tap into the learning within our community to help you identify how to prepare, and what to look out for, in your first agile project.
