Please use the form below to submit your nomination by October 18, 2019 . A member of the Election Committee (Past President, Vice President, Director of Volunteers) will contact you as they prepare the slate.

Ready to become a chapter leader? Thank you! Please prepare all the information required on this nomination form, since it can not be saved before it is submitted. Please also include your current resume, cover letter, and three references.

A member of the Elections Committee will call you to discuss your interest and qualifications.

Requirements for Nominations

  • PMI CMass Chapter Member in good standing
  • Understand and agree to the monthly time investment
  • Able to recruit and develop assistant directors and other volunteers into a highly performing team
  • Mentorship of your replacement for up to one hour per week for four months after you leave your position
  • Signing and abiding by the Board of Directors operating agreement
  • Past association with PMI CMass and project management experience are also considered.


Please include your resume and a cover letter. The cover letter should include a short biography of about a hundred words to appear on the ballot.
